Excerpt from The Book: "My Brown Shoes"

I have a red shirt. I have blue pants. I have a yellow scarf. And a green hat.But most of all, I like my brown shoes. This pair of shoes was a gift. A special person gave me the shoes.This person is my uncle Jim. He lives in England. It is far away from here. Jim is my favorite uncle.We always play my favorite games together. Sometimes he acts like a kid. And makes me laugh so hard. He has a lot of stories.And he makes a delicious pie. With apples and cinnamon. My uncle is so kind. I am so happy to have him visit me.
